Refund Policy

Digital stories

Because digital stories are generated on demand and consume a credit immediately, generated stories are non-refundable. If a generation fails before completion, the credit is not consumed and you can try again.

Unused credits

Unused story credits may be refunded within 14 days of purchase, provided no stories from the package have been generated.

Printed books

Printed books are made to order. We replace or refund items that arrive damaged or defective — contact us within 14 days of delivery with a photo and your order number.
